Consideration of resolution to authorize the release of certain affordable housing funds to finance a portion of the Rivianna project within the district. We have a very brief agenda today with only one resolution. This item is a required step under our five-party CEA that governs the River District and its financing. To use the funding from that dedicated trust account, RD&I must submit funding proposals to this sub-district and this body, the RD&I Municipal District. The proposals must satisfy our priorities, first among them affordable housing, and that's what is occurring today.
